The first spirite is aged in new fill bourbon casks for a minimum of 12 years and finished in port pipes. This process gives it a sweet, candied nuts and overripe fruits flavor.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Blueberries, fudge, mint leaf and vanilla-rich barley.
- Palate: Malt loaf and salted butter. Hints of dark chocolate.
- Finish: Strawberries and cream.
