Understanding Our Refund Policy
Overview
You must submit the return request within 30 days of your package being delivered. Returns requested after 30 days from the date of receipt will not be accepted. We will process all returns and refunds within 3 business days once we receive the returned item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags (which cannot be removed), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact customer service via email at [email protected]. There is only one opportunity to return and exchange an item, so please confirm before returning.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Additionally, make sure to update the tracking number and logistics carrier in the Returns Center or provide this information via email as soon as you ship your return.
Additional Notes
If you decide you don’t want the item you purchased or choose the wrong item, you will be responsible for the shipping fee. Please double-check the product information, especially the size chart, before making a purchase. We appreciate your patience.
