Sipsmith Dry Gin London Liquor - 750 ml bottle

The gin is made using the one-shot method, a small-batch approach in which only 400 bottles are produced at a time, and the gin is solely composed of the heart of the run. Once watered down, it is bottled at 41.6% ABV and each bottle is batch numbered. The sipsmith name is a tongue-in-cheek reference inspired by founder Fairfax’s father a well-known silversmith in the UK in that Sam, Fairfax and Jared are “sip smiths' instead of silversmiths. A blend of ten classic gin botanicals that include orris root, lemon peel, ground almond and juniper, master distiller, Jared Brown includes licorice root to soften the tannins of the other botanicals and coriander seed and angelica root which lend traditional notes associated with London dry gin. The botanicals complement the slightly sweet notes and the round mouthfeel lead to spicy juniper and notes of lemon tart on the finish. Liquor.
