The word Reyka derives from the ancient Icelandic word for steam. It is geothermal steam drawn from the center of the earth that powersIcelands first and only vodka distillery. This hand crafted, small batch vodka uses water drawn from a 4,000 lave field that is so pure, it requires no treatment or mineralization before it is blended with our vodka. After distillation in our Carter-Head Still, we filter Reyka through lava rock collected from local volcanic fields giving our vodka its characteristic Icelandic purity and flavor. Clean and fresh.
