Inspired by the life of Papa Isio, a key figure in the late 19th-century Philippine revolution, this is a highly flavorful Filipino rum. The rum is created from sugar cane that is farmed on the Philippine island of Negros. It is then mixed and matured in oak barrels for seven years before being bottled.
