The premium spirit Desert Door sotol is made by hand in Driftwood, Texas, using wild-harvested West Texas sotol plants. Its flavor is undeniably native. It tastes sweet, lemony, and herbal, like a cross between a smooth sipping tequila and a desert gin. Similar in versatility to vodka, but significantly more interesting and nuanced is Desert Door Original. Craft drinks taste best when they're in a Paloma, Ranch Water, or Margarita.
