The gin honors our unique relationship with the earth. We display raw northern honey and juniper berry on pure grain spirits. The raw honey, added right before bottling, adds distinct floral notes that change according to the season and type of flower. Vermont agriculture is the foundation of our distillery, which is located in the Northeast Kingdom along the banks of the Lamoille River. Caledonia Country's Hardwick is a farm-inspired community where the production of milk, cheese, wood, grains, honey, seeds, and herbs shapes our way of life and helps define our location.
