Bottled at 62.7% ABV, this amazing bourbon has a full-bodied flavor profile and started off as a pet project of former Master Distiller Booker Noes, who is a sixth-generation Master Distiller and the grandson of Jim Beam. Fresh brioche with a dollop of Nutella greets the nose. hints of sweet buttered corn, woodsy scents, and freshly brewed coffee. The initial sip has a flavor of black pepper, but it soon transitions to caramelized corn, dark chocolate, coffee with vanilla beans, and subtle notes of nutmeg and cinnamon.The spice softens and yields luscious pears and green apples in the end. 62.7% ABV as bottled.
