This exceptional producer's first-ever aged gin release is a special batch created just for us. Here, Todd Hardie's thirty-year cultivation of local juniper berries and raw honey sets the stage for the event. The nose is a fantastic back-and-forth volley of floral, energizing juniper that melds well with notes of sweet honey, lemon drops, and crisp wood. The mouthfeel is initially sumptuous but changes direction mid-palate, showcasing aromas of sawdust, banana, clementines, and caramel before returning full circle to a lingering finish of juniper and pine. Easily one of the greatest meals we've ever eaten.
