Eau-de-vie de poire Williams, a brandy derived from the plentiful fruit of Alsace, is one of the most fragrant and delectable brandies. It is created by fermenting ripe fruit that has been crushed for up to six weeks. The unique smell of the fruit is then preserved by distilling the mixture to a low strength. After then, it's free to age. A meal is perfectly complemented by Williams Pear brandy. For its mouthwatering, enduring aroma to develop, it should be served cold or over ice. Combines well with vermouth, soda, and tonic as well. Suitable for using as a sorbet topping.
