Perfect Soul Rum is created by the nest grade of molasses that exist in the states as well as in Canada. Black Pearl Select is a smooth, creamy, buttery molasses. It is by far the most sophisticated molasses available. Bottled at 50% ABV.

Perfect Soul has elected to triple the amount of molasses that goes into each small batch fermentation and distillation. Luscious with avor yet light to the palate, these beautiful triple cuts bring out the true heart of this Perfect Soul Silver Rum. The result is a light vanilla touch, followed by a breeze of lemon and a hint of the Southern California Pacic blue.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Floral, light lemon, strawberry breeze, a touch of vanilla.

Palate:Bright, easy lemon, coconut trace, silky vanilla notes, very well-rounded citrus.
