Bourbon County Brand Stout - Goose Island

brewed at our old Clybourn brewpub in celebration of the 1000th batch. A dense, black hole-like liquid with thick foam that resembles a barrel of bourbon. A powerful blend of charred oak, chocolate, vanilla, caramel, and smoke can be detected in the nose. There's more flavor in one sip than in a typical case of beer.
